Returns for Commercial and Residential Customers

All regularly stocked items, with the exception of consumable products, can be returned within 14 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging. Return credit will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the product(s). Shipping charges paid at the time of checkout will not be credited along with the return. Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the amount due. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This includes fees & taxes.

If your original payment method was made by CC, Wire, Check, 3rd party or ACH you will be offered store credit or a check refund.

Return requests for Special Order products and products shipped direct from the manufacturer must be issued by our Customer Service Specialists. Not all Special Order items can be returned. Call/Email for more details on these matters. Additional non-returnable items:


  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Restocking Fees

Depending on circumstances and situations*

A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing/Handling the items back into stock. This fee is 20% of the item(s).


Returns for Consumable Products / Healthcare Supplies

We are unable to accept returned consumable products. This allows us to ensure the products are good to use, untampered with, and have adequate shelf life.

  • Face Masks: Face masks are not returnable or refundable—whether opened or unopened—unless found to be defective. If defective, a return can be made within 5 days.
  • First-Aid: Any open (FA) supplies such as gauze pads, liquids, and over the counter Medicines.

Furniture items such as, but not limited to, chairs, desks, tables, partitions, cabinets, chair mats, lamps and all furniture décor must be returned within 5 days and meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must contain all original packing materials (including box), UPC codes on the box, all product documentation, parts, and accessories.
    Defective products must be handled under each manufacturer’s guidelines.
  • All returns will be inspected and must be 100% complete.

Provide Proof for Credit

In order for credit to be issued to your account or original payment, please provide pictures via email to ( in order for our team to process your claims to issue you credit.

In order for our team to effectively process all documents/claims for our customers, please allow up to 5 business days to process any (Returns, Refunds, Credit).

Please provide your Order #, Description of goods & services, and any issues pertaining to them.

We do everything possible to keep our products in stock. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, an item may not be available at the time of order and will not be listed on your shipment confirmation. Currently, we do not offer automated back orders. You will not be charged for these items or be penalized if a shipping discount was available for the full order amount. We apologize for the inconvenience if this should happen. We will contact you in-order to notify you regarding BACK-ORDER shipments to you.
