Shipping and Order Policies

All Shopcart419 orders ship free, with a minimum of $50 purchase required (in-stock items).

Orders and products that fit one of the following descriptions may include additional shipping fees:

  • Direct shipping from the Manufacturer. Minimum order requirements may vary from manufacturer. Shipped beyond the 48 contiguous states.
    Delivery is expedited or special, such as second-day air, overnight delivery, or inside delivery. In zones where next-day delivery isn’t available, you may request overnight priority for an extra charge.
  • Shipping costs are calculated on a per-item basis. For this reason, adding items without free shipping to your cart will add a shipping charge to your order.
  • Orders under $50. In addition, a minimum of $25 must be placed in order to be shipped.

Guaranteed 1-2 Day Delivery/Shipping* (in Stock Items)

  • Orders must be placed before 2:00 p.m. local time to qualify. Excludes discounted items or delays resulting from circumstances beyond Shopcart419.com’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, natural disasters, labor strikes, severe weather & Inventory shortages due to unforeseen circumstances.
    Shopcart419.com reserves the right to discontinue this guarantee at any time, for any reason.
  • We deliver the next day/2nd day to most 419 customers*.

We ship to:

  • We currently only ship to Commercial addresses only, B2B. Multiple customers may order/ship to the same address. (Example: hair/nail salons, offices, etc).
  • As a local startup, we are only currently shipping in select zip codes in NW Ohio, due to Heavy shipping costs and employee shortages.
    We are currently/actively seeking to partner up with Local/National carriers as our operations grow.
  • For delivery outside our delivery areas, please call or email us. Some exceptions may apply depending on the volume of purchases.

(NEW) Free Local Pick-up: 

  • If The customer chooses this option and cancels the order after shopcart419 team members complete the order. #1 the customer will be charged for the credit card return fee /cancelation process, which could be up to 6%*.
  • ShopCart419 Will Hold Your PICK-UP Products For 36 Hours* from the purchase time stamp Before Being Released Back Into The Warehouse. You’ll Be Notified When Your Order Is Ready To Pick Up VIA Email Or Text.

Pricing is real-time based on current inventory levels and market conditions so please note that they may change without notice. To lock in the lowest wholesale price you see on our site, we would suggest placing your order as soon as you can.

BACKORDER POLICY:
We do everything possible to keep our products in stock. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, an item may not be available at the time of order and will not be listed on your shipment confirmation. Currently, we do not offer automated backorders. You will not be charged for these items or be penalized if a shipping discount was available for the full order amount. We apologize for the inconvenience if this should happen. We will contact you in-order to notify you regarding BACK-ORDER shipments to you.
